The KB Collective Process
Step 1
Initial inquiry to get a feel for your project, budget, and timeline, set up design consult, and get started on intake forms.
Step 2
Design consultation. Understand your project goals, go more in-depth about your remodel, look at inspiration photos, ballpark estimate based on photos and description. Schedule in-home measure with PM and Designer if it’s a good fit.
Step 3
In-home measure appointment with our Project Manager and Designer. Receive written rough estimate. Move into design phase (typically $500-$1500).
Step 4
Build mood boards and start to make product selections, build floorplans and receive high quality renderings and a full, itemized bid. Finalize selections and fine tune estimate, move into construction phase if desired.

Powder refresh: 15k+
Full or 3/4 bath: 20-45k
Primary/5 piece bath: 25k+ for a “refresh”, 50-85k+ for a remodel
Kitchens
Cabinets + countertops only: 15-80k
Full remodel: 35-150k+
Other
Fireplaces: 15-35k
Stair rebuild: 15-25k
Primary bedroom: 15-35k
Painting and flooring: per job
Full home remodels are typically $80-$150 per square foot.
